What is the shelf life of the meals?

All of our meals are cooked fresh and delivered directly to you. They will keep 3-5 days if refrigerated. They can also be frozen prolong their freshness for a few weeks.

How long should the meals be heated?

It is our recommendation that meals be heated for 1-2 minutes.

How are your meals delivered?

We prepare our meals fresh every Sunday and Wednesday and then deliver them to the address provided from 6:00 pm- 10:00 pm

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at  info@nutridirectmeals.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, if your order has already been processed, there are no cancellations.

What is the cut off for ordering food?

We deliver our meals twice a week to ensure they stay fresh. Orders for the week need to be placed Friday by 11:59 pm to be shipped out on Sunday. For meals to be shipped out starting Wednesday’s orders need to be made by Monday 11:59 pm.

Is there a minimum purchase?

The minimum purchase of meals is 5 at a time.

Is there a maximum purchase?

The maximum purchase is 21 meals at anytime.

When will I be charged if I am on a weekly subscription?

The order will be charged to your account weekly the day of the week you placed your order at 12:01 am.

Can I change my meals if I am on a weekly subscription?

Yes, just log in to your account, and you should see your items that you are subscribed to. If you need to make changes, email those requests to info@nutridirectmeals.com/wp2 and customer service will replace the items in your subscription.
